T: We had a great day, with nice weather, pretty good roads and impressive scenery. We saw a moose, a big horned sheep, several bison and a black bear today. We didn't stop for photos - it doesn't seem like a good idea when they can bite you, kick you or knock you over. We're in Watson Lake, Yukon Territory tonight.
D: We went through our first road construction area today, so it really felt like we were on the Alaska Highway. Mud and gravel to cross an old bridge while a replacement is being constructed.
Our route today crossed the Rocky Mountains and we saw some beautiful scenery, including a couple pristine lakes.
